1. Website purpose
orvant.cloud presents the capabilities and approach of ORVANT in enterprise AI, custom software, process automation, ERP/CRM and AI-assisted call quality assurance. Website content is general business information, not a binding specification, quote or offer to deliver a particular result.
The responsible legal entity and applicable contractual framework require confirmation before public launch. Contact contacto@orvant.cloud with questions about the website or a proposed engagement.
2. Consultation requests
Provide accurate information that you are authorized to share. Submission allows ORVANT to review the request and respond about a possible project. It does not create a client relationship, reserve a meeting or commit either party to a project.
Do not submit credentials, payment details, health records, call recordings or confidential operational datasets through the general consultation form. Any exchange of sensitive materials requires an appropriate process and agreement.
3. Project agreements
Scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, payment, intellectual property, licensing, acceptance criteria, support and other commercial terms are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement. Website descriptions do not replace those terms.
Third-party products, licenses, model usage, hosting and other provider charges may require separate accounts or fees. These responsibilities must be made explicit in the project agreement. Budget ranges in the form are planning references, not official prices.
4. AI and operational limitations
AI-generated output, transcription, classification and scoring may be incorrect or incomplete. Suitability and performance require evaluation for the intended use. People remain responsible for consequential decisions and any review obligations.
Call analysis does not guarantee complete accuracy or automatic regulatory compliance. The organization must assess recording permissions, employee and customer notices, retention, sensitive information and the need for qualified supervision.
No sales, cost reduction, revenue, search position, specific accuracy level or other business outcome is guaranteed by the website. Implementation results depend on the process, data, systems, people and agreed scope.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website or form, send spam, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, attempt to access nonpublic systems or interfere with service availability. Do not bypass security or rate controls.
The site may reject requests or limit access where reasonably necessary to protect availability, security and legitimate operation. Any enforcement must remain consistent with applicable law.
6. Website materials and third parties
The ORVANT brand, site materials and code are subject to applicable ownership and license rights. Third-party software, fonts and services retain their own rights and terms. Do not imply affiliation, partnership or certification that has not been verified.
References to implementation categories or integration options do not establish certified partner status with any ERP, CRM, cloud or AI provider. External sites are operated by their respective owners.
7. Availability and reliance
Content may be updated, corrected or removed. The website and consultation service may be unavailable because of maintenance, provider interruption or other operational issues. Do not rely on the website as a critical operational service.
Any limitations of liability, warranties or remedies must be reviewed for the responsible entity, jurisdiction and service agreement. This draft does not attempt to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
8. Privacy, governing terms and updates
Information handling is addressed in the Privacy Policy. Project-specific confidentiality, data processing and security requirements need an appropriate written agreement.
Governing law, contracting entity and dispute provisions must be established in the legal review and relevant agreement; this draft does not invent a U.S. registration, Florida office or legal jurisdiction.
The date shown identifies this draft. Review and update these terms before public launch and when material changes to the website or services occur.
