Privacy Policy
Draft updated October 26, 2026
1. About this policy
This draft explains the intended handling of information on orvant.cloud, the corporate website for ORVANT. The website presents enterprise technology services and allows business representatives to request a consultation. Questions can be sent to contacto@orvant.cloud.
The brand name does not identify a verified legal entity, registration or physical U.S. office. Those details and the entity responsible for personal information must be confirmed as part of the pre-launch legal review.
2. Information you choose to provide
The consultation form requests your full name, business email, service of interest, project description and the challenge you want to solve. Phone number, company, current website, estimated budget, meeting preferences and additional information are optional. The form also records acceptance of this policy.
Do not submit passwords, financial account details, medical records, confidential customer records or other sensitive information. A consultation request is not a secure channel for operational datasets or call recordings.
3. How consultation information is used
Information submitted through the form is used to assess the inquiry, respond to you and discuss a possible project. A preferred date or time is not a confirmed appointment. Submission does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list or create a service agreement.
When the integration is configured, the server sends the consultation to an ORVANT Google Apps Script deployment, which records it in a private Google Sheets file. The record includes the information you submitted and limited traffic-source fields, if present. Access, retention and provider terms must be reviewed before launch.
4. Technical and anti-abuse information
The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and access logs. The contact endpoint uses limited private anti-abuse records to control request frequency and identify duplicate submissions. The implementation hashes IP-based identifiers and does not store complete form messages in those records.
Request state expires after a limited period and is cleaned by the contact service. Consultation records in Google Sheets have a separate lifecycle. A final business retention schedule, access responsibilities and any legal retention obligations must be established before launch.
5. Security checks and optional analytics
If enabled by configuration, Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a form submission appears legitimate. Its operation may involve technical browser and network information. The server verifies the challenge rather than relying only on the visible widget.
Google Analytics is not configured with an invented measurement ID. If an approved GA4 configuration is enabled, the site requests analytics permission before loading it. Declining leaves the consultation form and the rest of the website usable. Analytics events are designed to exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, project descriptions and other form contents.
Limited campaign parameters may be retained for the current browser session to help identify the source of an inquiry. An analytics preference may be stored locally. The deployment owner must review applicable consent and disclosure requirements.
6. Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by the providers required to host the website, process consultation records, protect the form or operate analytics when enabled. The deployment owner must confirm actual providers, contracts, locations and access arrangements.
The form is not designed to sell personal information or make it publicly available. Information may also need to be retained or disclosed when required by applicable law or to address security and misuse. No legal exemption or compliance status is asserted by this draft.
7. Retention and requests
Retain inquiry information only for legitimate business, contractual or legal purposes and under an approved retention schedule. The current implementation does not provide a public database of inquiries or expose lead records through an unauthenticated endpoint.
Contact contacto@orvant.cloud to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or raise a privacy concern. Depending on applicable law and the facts, access, deletion or other rights may apply. Identity verification and legitimate retention obligations may affect how a request is handled.
8. Security and external links
The implementation uses server-side validation, controlled configuration, secure transport when deployed over HTTPS and reasonable abuse controls. No website or cloud service can be described as completely secure.
Links to third-party websites or services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Review those documents before providing information to another service.
9. Audience and updates
This website is intended for business representatives, not children. Do not use the consultation form to submit information about children.
This policy should be updated when the legal entity, providers, processing activities or applicable obligations change. The date shown identifies the current draft, not a completed legal approval.
